These terms explain the nature of donations made to support the development of Arkrising Echo, how contributions may be used, and what supporters can reasonably expect from the project.
By making a donation to support the development of Arkrising Echo, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. These terms are intended to provide transparency and clarify the nature and use of contributions made to this independent game development project.
Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the ongoing development of Arkrising Echo.
A donation does not constitute a purchase, does not grant ownership of digital or physical goods, and does not guarantee access to future content, features, services, or releases.
Donations may be used to support any aspect of the development and operation of Arkrising Echo, including but not limited to:
These categories are indicative and not exclusive. Funds may be allocated according to the project's needs and priorities at any given time.
Donations are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by PayPal's applicable policies and procedures. Since a donation does not constitute a purchase of goods or services, no contractual right to return or withdrawal is created by the donation itself.
We do not use donor information to establish individual donor mailing lists or provide direct promotional communications based solely on a donation.
Project updates, development progress, announcements, and other relevant information will be shared publicly through:
These channels are available to everyone, regardless of whether they have made a donation.
A donation does not grant any ownership, voting rights, development control, or guaranteed benefits within Arkrising Echo.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Feedback channels are open to the community as a whole. Donations do not guarantee that individual suggestions or requests will be implemented.
A donation made under these terms does not automatically entitle the donor to future rewards, game access, digital items, physical goods, or other benefits.
If separate supporter programs, early access packages, founder programs, or other paid products are introduced in the future, they will be offered under their own terms and conditions.
Independent game development involves uncertainty. By supporting Arkrising Echo, you acknowledge that:
These conditions are intended to provide realistic expectations and transparency regarding the risks inherent in supporting an independent game project.
Donations are processed through PayPal. We do not request donor email addresses for the purpose of establishing direct donor communications, and we do not intentionally maintain a separate donor mailing list.
Information processed by PayPal is subject to PayPal's own privacy policies and terms. Any personal data that may be processed independently by this website is handled according to the applicable privacy information published on the website.
We do not intentionally sell or share donor information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
By making a donation, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to the conditions described above.
Your contribution helps an independent creator continue building Arkrising Echo from the ground up. Every contribution is appreciated and helps move the project forward.
